Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian and Nicki Minaj are some of the celebrities who stood out more for their tacky looks at the 2014 MTV VMAs than for their performances on stage.
It seems that Taylor has been very serious about changing her angelic style for a more transgressive one and has stopped dressing like a princess to start ‘disguising ‘ herself on the red carpets.
Kim Kardashian usually hits the mark with her looks and at the 2014 VMAs she was no different. A lot of neckline and little style in the Kanye West woman’s dress.
Nicki Minaj tried to imitate the skin of an anaconda, but was left in the attempt. Neither in the red carpet look nor in the one she wore to act, she hit the rapper.

- Not only Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian and Nicki Minaj gave the note on the ‘red carpet’ of the MTV VMA 2014.
- Demi Lovato and Rita Ora chose two practically identical dresses. The ex-girl’s Disney didn’t make her a very flattering chest and Rita’s was too provocative.
- Amber Rose and Jennifer Lopez opted for silver tones and both attracted many glances, but not because they were pretty but because they were tacky. Amber Rose’s look is indescribable, nothing like it has ever been seen. And JLo’s dress looked like something out of an alien movie.
- Ariana Grande and the rocker Lorde continued in their usual line. Their looks are so repetitive that some people think they only have one dress.
- The exception among so much tacky was Katy Perry, who was strangely beautiful, Miley Cyrus, simple in her extravagance, Nina Dobrev, possibly the best dressed, and Beyoncé, the most elegant of the night.
