Junior’s inheritance, a fortune for Shaila Dúrcal

Antonio Morales, Junior, passed away on April 15 and it is inevitable not to wonder what will happen to the inheritance between his three children. Antonio, Carmen and Shaila are going through some hard times after the death of their father, and with the death of his mother Rocío Durcal they already suffered family conflicts between them.

Junior had a judicial dispute with his children over Rocío’s inheritance and it was the youngest daughter, Shaila, who mediated between her father and her brothers. Finally, after a long battle in the courts and thanks to the wedding of Carmen Morales, the family tension eased and Junior got his children and his grandchildren back.

Shaila Dúrcal, forced to distribute Junior’s inheritance

  • Through the newspaper El Mundo we have learned that when Marieta left us, Junior made an inventory of the goods that the artist had left to her children. In addition to the Torrelodones house, in which the singer’s widower has been living until his last day, they had an apartment in Mexico and a chalet in San Pedro de Alcántara, but Junior forgot to have the family heritage, which his children discovered later.
  • This estate consisted of five apartments in Miami, part of a house in Estepona, a flat and a townhouse in Mexico City, and two plots in Marbella. As of today and after the family peace, these assets, valued at four and a half million euros, have already been distributed. The singer couple was married with separation of property and when Rocío Durcal passed away, 50% of the properties were distributed equally between the children and Junior.
