Ariana Grande eats Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift and Beyoncé

The gorgeous Ariana Grande has been one of the big winners at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards gala. The singer has prevailed in the category of Best Female Artist.

In one of the most anticipated awards of the night, Ariana has won over established artists such as Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift or Katy Perry.

  • Actors Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley were the big winners of the night thanks to the films they star in together, ‘Divergent’ and ‘Under the Fault’. Shailene won the award for Best Actress in an Action Movie thanks to the adaptation of the Veronica Roth novel and the Best Actress in a Drama award for The Fault in Our Stars. While Ansel Elgort triumphed because he won two awards, one for Best New Actor in Cinema and the other for Best Actor in a Drama, the latter thanks to the adaptation of John Green’s novel.
  • Nina Dobrev won the award for Best Actress in Science Fiction and Fantasy on Television thanks to her character in the series Crónicas Vampíricas. The Best Actor in this same category, although for cinema, went to Josh Hutcherson, known for playing Peeta Mellark in the saga, The Hunger Games. Without leaving aside this same saga, the Best Villain went to Donald Sutherland, who plays President Snow, Katniss Everdeen’s worst nightmare. Jennifer Lawrence did not leave empty-handed either, taking home the award for Best Actress in a Sci-Fi/Fantasy Film for her role in X-Men, Days of Future Past.
  • Lea Michele was not left without taking home her surfboard for Best Actress on Television in a Comedy. Another of the big winners of the night was the gorgeous Demi Lovato, who won the award for Best Female Music Star of the Summer, her fellow country singer Taylor Swift won the award for Best Female Country Artist.
  • The horribly dressed Kim Kardashian also had her moment of glory at the ceremony as she won the award for Best Reality Show, the award for Best Series went to Pretty Little Liars, which has made Lucy Hale, one of the stars of fiction, won the award for Best TV Actress in Drama. The Vampire Diaries won Best Science Fiction Series while Best Comedy went to The Big Bang Theory.
